Hi, I’m Eliscia (she, her, hers)
My name is Eliscia and I am the founder of The Feeding Company! I am a licensed occupational therapist and certified lactation counselor with a passion for infant feeding. I graduated with my Masters of Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University in 2016 and have worked in pediatric acute care since then. I have over 5 years of experience as a feeding therapist and several more years of experience as an infant caregiver. I am local to Ohio, but I help parents all over the world feed their babies the way they want.
I started this company to be what the infant feeding industry is missing. So many forums force one plan or a singular idea for how to feed your baby. But I think you can make any plan work with the right support and information. That is why we are different. We are feeding therapists and lactation counselors, so we are experienced in supporting every type of feeding: bottle feeding, breastfeeding, formula, pumping, purees, soft solids, and baby led weaning. Whatever your feeding methods, we are here to support you.
How you choose to feed your baby is a personal decision and your baby is not like any other baby. The Feeding Company was built to provide you with the support and expertise to feed not just any baby, but your baby. It’s personal. It’s intentional. It’s built for YOU. Hi my name is Molly and I’m so excited to be joining The Feeding Company. For the past 5 years I have worked primarily in a neonatal intensive care unit and have gained a lot of expertise in infant feeding. I have advanced certifications as a neonatal therapist and as a lactation counselor. I also am certified in neonatal touch and massage.
I am so passionate about serving our little ones and their caregivers in our communities! My goal is your goal when it comes to your baby feeding, so let’s get started!
